About

Anna — reflexologist in Wimbledon

I offer deeply relaxing reflexology from my therapy room in Wimbledon and a mobile service across SW19 and SW20. My work is rooted in supporting my clients to rebalance their nervous system and create a lasting sense of calm.

My journey

How I came to reflexology

My path into reflexology began through my own search for support during periods of stress and anxiety. Experiencing the benefits first-hand — the deep relaxation, the nervous system settling, the sense of being held and restored — led me to train as a reflexologist.

That personal understanding continues to inform how I practise. I know what it means to arrive wound up and leave feeling genuinely different. I bring that experience to every session.

I have a particular interest in supporting women experiencing perimenopause and menopause — a time of real physical and emotional complexity that responds well to regular, gentle support.
